The region's premier Jam band, Blackwater, brings the boogie to the Stoltz Listening Room Friday, Feb. 23.
Formed in 2011 and taking it's name from Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, the band plays throughout Delmarva and routinely headlines local festivals.
With a fresh mix of blues, reggae, country, jazz, funk and rock, Blackwater quickly gets people of all ages and backgrounds dancing thanks to their infectious grooves and soulful original tunes.
Fans of the Greatful Dead, the Meters, Bob Marley, the Rolling Stones, Johnny Cash and Bob Dylan will enjoy Blackwater's original style and musicianship and will want to pick up a copy of their debut album "The Burden."
